About Me

My name is Robert McArdle, I grew up in Toronto, Canada, I had a golf scholarship to the University of Maryland Baltimore County. I was captain of the team my final year and had a scoring average of 75. I was a decent player, but no college superstar that is for sure.

After college I moved to San Diego, CA to try to pursue the mini tours. I worked at Escondido Country Club and The Farms to make some money to finance my golf and played in tournaments as an amateur for about 2 years.

I realized when Brett Hart shot 62 on a course I shot 74 on and thought I played well, I was way out of my league.

I then started to shift my focus and decided to get my MBA at the University of San Diego. I started with an interest in finance, but quickly gravitated towards e-Commerce. I interned at a Real Estate dot com and fell in love with technology and internet marketing.

I ran a software company called Homefeedback.com for 4 years and eventually moved on. I now work with a company called Golfetail.com and consult with other companies on how to improve their web marketing presence.

I still love golf and enjoy playing and watching. I ran across TOMI putting training system a few months back and could not believe how quickly I learned about my putting stroke. I really have been struggling with my putting for years and now I think it is one of the stongest parts of me game!
